Teaching 4 Wales Limited is an exclusive independently owned family run business, and as such offers a personalised tailor-made service to all schools and staff that work with us.
Founded and Established by Nicola Marshall in 2004, we have more than 25 years experience in the recruitment field, and are dedicated to providing a professional and exceptional service to the Education Sector.
Our fresh and honest approach has enabled us to establish excellent working partnerships with both our clients and our staff.
t4w is a corporate member of the Industry’s largest governing body the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, and are also a member of their Specialist Education sub-sector. We operate in accordance with the REC Code of Conduct and adhere to the stringent standards that the REC demands of all its members.
At t4w we care about our staff and are extremely proud of our success, we will continue to always strive to deliver an unrivalled service in our field and are committed to improving the quality of supply teaching services throughout Wales. We are confident that through our registration and interviewing procedures we supply only reliable and talented teachers that, like us are committed to the safeguarding of all children in the Schools/Academies that we work with.
We have a large base of schools that work with us exclusively and are happy to provide testimonials to that fact. We assist our schools find suitable staff on both a day to day and on a long term basis.

At Teaching 4 Wales Limited, charity is extremely important. We hold many fundraisers and raffles every year, and sponsor many local charities on a monthly basis.
To date we have donated more than £25,000 and are very proud of our charitable achievements. In turn our charities are delighted by our regular contributions that enables them to continue to do more fantastic work.
